FLAT FEE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Project Management and Design assistance for your Interior Design project is offered while working alongside your Architect, General Contractor and/or Trades people. This fee varies according to the size and scope of the project and is offered at a flat rate, not an hourly rate. Once a contract is signed, all designer discounts from the retail level are included.

Project Management for residential, corporate, and hospitality is offered. 

​

This service includes all aspects of design work from the first consultation to sketches, space planning, material selection, sourcing of materials, delivery scheduling, on-site visits, colour consultations, accessory assistance, and all the finishing touches to bring the project to completion. 

​

It is imperative to have an in-depth conversation regarding your proposed design project before we can properly quote.

SINGLE CONSULTATIONS

In-Home and virtual residential consultations are charged at a rate of $250 per hour payable by cheque or eTransfer only. 

Most initial consults last approximately one hour.

​

If you require only a colour consultation, the fee is $150 per hour 

Should you decide to continue further with a project, a flat fee will be quoted.
